This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Demand and Supply Planner (m/f/d) role will make an impact:

  • Lead demand and supply planning for our Austrian product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Global Teams.
  • Lead our S&OP process, run monthly planning meetings.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align product constraints with financial forecasts.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and flag what matters – from KPIs to inventory risks.
  • Use tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, RapidResponse, etc.) to keep everything aligned.
  • Resolve supply chain issues involving affiliates, hubs, 3PLs, and global teams.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, write-off risks, lost sales, out-of-stock incidents) and drive corrective actions.

Your mindset & skillset – What we’re looking for:For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Comfortable in Excel – bonus if you’ve worked with SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and proactive – you like to take ownership.
  • Decision-making confidence and assertiveness.
  • Business proficiency in German and English, other language is a plus.

A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar is a plus – but not a must. Relevant experience or transferable skills are just as valuable.What’s in it for you?
