Reporting to the Head of Retail Media, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard, and aligned with strategic commercial objective.In this newly created role, you will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and support the performance of the campaign delivery team. You’ll also play a key part in delivering impactful campaigns that contribute to the commercial success of Wesfarmers Health and its partners.What you’ll bring:

• A min of 5 years’ experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
• Proficient with shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting (e.g. Excel, monday.com, PageProof, Google Drive)
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and lead post-campaign reporting aligned with business objectives
• Experience with digital advertising platforms or campaign tools, including AdServer
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator with strong planning and prioritisation skills
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
