Job description: Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
Manage and oversee the dealer network, providing support and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals effectively.
Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets regularly.
Train and motivate sales staff to improve performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in automotive or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE automotive market and dealer network management.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
