We’re looking for a curious and data-savvy analyst to join our analytics and insights team. This role will focus on uncovering what makes creative campaigns effective – turning performance data into actionable strategies. You’ll not only analyse and interpret campaign data, but also shape how creative is tested, optimised, and delivered using our proprietary tools and technologies.You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and innovation teams – contributing to both client success and internal product development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analysis and wants to be at the forefront of how data is used in digital content.What You’ll Be Doing:Dive into performance data across digital campaigns to spot trends, patterns, and actionable insightsDeliver compelling presentations and reports that clearly explain your findings to both internal teams and clientsCollaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers to inform campaign decisions and tool improvementsContribute to ongoing tool development projects around AI-powered optimisation and automated content taggingStay curious about what’s happening in the industry – whether that’s new ad formats, emerging creative trends, or the latest platform changesWhat They’re Looking For:Strong analytical thinking and a confident grasp of numbers/statisticsProficient in Excel and PowerPoint – capable of turning raw data into well-structured narrativesSolid organisational skills – comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesDetail-oriented when it comes to both data accuracy and creative qualityGood communication skills – able to present findings with clarity and confidenceSelf-starter who is eager to learn and growInterest in advertising, marketing, or content performanceNice to Have:Experience in an analytics, digital, or media roleExperience working in a digital media, advertising, or creative agency environmentUnderstanding of campaign testing, programmatic advertising, or dynamic creative optimisationSphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
