• Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and delivering expert advice on digital store offerings.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
• Conduct customer training on navigating and utilizing the digital store platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise strategies that enhance customer engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide informed recommendations.
• Promptly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within e-commerce or digital retail.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools utilized in online retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
