Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within social media or digital marketing.
Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
Technologically savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
