Job description: About this Position The Customer Service Officer acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.What you´ll do

  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and professional support.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuously improving service delivery.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
