Establish and maintain efficient and effective Customer Commitment processes across the PCEE region to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
Support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance customer excitement, satisfaction, and deliver a unique brand experience in alignment with headquarter initiatives.
Leverage industry best practices and customer insights to identify region-wide improvement opportunities.
Further improve the After Sales experience across all touchpoints by defining KPIs and countermeasures based on insights from customer satisfaction surveys.
Enrich and develop Customer Commitment reporting by setting clear metrics and regularly evaluating market performance.
Develop and support the regional utilization of customer goodwill to mitigate potential legal and financial risks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields.
Strong written and verbal skills in English. German or other additional language skills are an advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
High level of customer focus, ideally previous work experience in customer-facing job roles in the Luxury sector.
Team oriented, pro-active working attitude and a high level of intercultural awareness.
