As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to increase company revenue
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
- Results-oriented mindset with a visionary approach to sales strategies
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with the capacity to collaborate across departments
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a plus
