The incumbent will collaborate directly with the Project Manager, Talent Marketing.
In this role, you will:
- Implement key marketing initiatives in support to short- and long-term priorities (ex: deploying paid or organic job board promotions, supporting the coordination of various recruitment marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Improve and maintain our job posting template and ensure it is aligned with best practices.
- Develop toolkits & trainings for our team and internal clients/ stakeholders.
- Provide great customer service to internal & external candidates.
- Build & revamp email templates, visuals and help coordinating various content updates.
- Coordinate various projects such as improving candidate and new hire experience and updating content on our various digital channels (ex: Indeed/ Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Pride at Work, Nation Talk, etc.)
What we are looking for:
- Diploma in Human Resources/Administration, or an equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or any other related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). French is an asset!
- Well organized, resourceful, detail and customer service oriented.
- Ability to manage various (and changing) priorities at the same time.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Canva or any other design tool is an asset.
- Excellent written skills and can build high quality and professional-looking documents and presentations.

- This is a fully remote (virtual) role.
