  • Atuar na BU de Oncologia, garantindo juntamente a equipe, a execução e monitoramento do plano tático alinhado a estratégia da marca.
  • Acompanhar os investimentos promocionais da marca, ajudando a elaborar o controle orçamentário dos investimentos da indicação, objetivando zelar pelo cumprimento dos gastos e implementação da estratégia propostos.
  • Criação e planejamento de materiais promocionais, coordenando o desenvolvimento junto as agências. Acompanhar a implementação e feedback no campo sobre os materiais, bem como monitorar mensagens-chave e materiais promocionais da concorrência.
  • Planejamento e implementação da estratégia e negociação de eventos como congressos, fóruns e reuniões da classe médica e da força de vendas.
  • Coordenar o follow up do processo operacional dos eventos junto ao analista/estagiário (início, meio e fim).
  • Definir junto ao gerente de produto/marketing, a estratégia de ações de campanhas de conscientização e endomarketing da área.
  • Follow up do controle feito pelo analista/estagiário de requisições, pagamentos, envio de materiais e aprovação de aulas.
  • Definir junto ao gerente de produto/marketing a estratégia de projetos digitais da marca, junto ao time externo.
  • Análises de mercado e suporte ao desenvolvimento de relatórios para prover dados como base às decisões estratégicas
  • Acompanhamento do trabalho do estagiário/analista no suporte no processo de compras e formulação de contratos.
  • Contato com líderes de opinião e sociedades médicas
  • Participação da elaboração do plano estratégico da marca, dando suporte ao gerente de produto/marketing
  • Participação do processo de forecast da marca junto ao gerente de produto/marketing
  • Elaboração de projetos na área de oncologia
  • Suporte ao gerente de produto/marketing no acompanhamento dos competidores (timelines regulatórios)
  • Suporte ao gerente de produto/marketing nos BTs da indicação

Requisitos para formação:

Grau superior completo. Graduação em publicidade e propaganda / marketing / administração / farmácia

Idiomas: inglês avançado

Ferramentas pacote office (excel, powerpoint) avançado

Experiência profissional: mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em atuação na indústria farmacêutica em áreas relacionadas (marketing/ promoção/ vendas). Experiência na Oncologia-Hematologia é desejável.

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
