Contextual Marketing Platform Operations Specialist, Marketing, Institutional Banking Group – (WD77849)

Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

This current role sits within the Marketing team, Institutional Banking Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Operations Management
    • Responsible for end-to-end setup and execution of contextual marketing campaigns (emails, app push notifications, in-app banners) via DBS’s Contextual Marketing Platform (CMP)
    • Conduct contact list hygiene checks, perform test sends, and ensure timely campaign deployment in alignment with compliance and business requirements
  • Performance Tracking and Insights
    • Analyse post-campaign data and maintain campaign dashboards to track KPIs and generate insights for performance optimisation
  • System Testing and Platform Enhancement
    • Perform local User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CMP-related enhancements, in coordination with the regional and local stakeholders. Occasionally perform Live Verification test during weekend
    • Collaborate and assist the discussion with local & regional teams to collect requirements and create user stories to drive Hong Kong contextual marketing use case prioritisation and implementation
    • Provide structured feedback, validate test outcomes, and ensure system stability before go-live
  • pWeb Content Management
    • Support content updates for DBS SME and Corporate pWeb, including campaign/product pages and forms

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Information technology or Marketing related subject is preferred but not essential
  • 3+ years or more relevant job experience in managing marketing campaign execution and marketing tools enhancement
  • Hands on experience with HTML/CSS, content management systems and digital assets handling
  • Strong data literacy: good with data / numbers with an analytical mindset, self-motivated and result oriented. Intermediate knowledge in excel. Knowledge on visualisation tools (Tableau or Qlik Sense) will be a plus
  • Strong time management, project management skills and willing to learn
  • Experience in conducting UAT and documenting system testing outcomes using platforms like Jira
  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese
