We are seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to lead B2B content marketing campaigns in alignment with our overall content marketing strategy. The successful candidate will take charge of managing our Engage Blog, collaborating closely with our SEO strategist for optimization. You will navigate ambiguity, working closely with stakeholders to fully grasp the HR and employee engagement space, as well as our company messaging.

As a key player in our team, you will project manage initiatives, handling creation, planning, timelines, and resourcing both externally and internally. Utilizing firm-approved AI tools for content development, you will write marketing and communication content, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and style with every piece. Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating marketing activities will be essential, as well as becoming familiar with and leveraging all Achievers content in your writing and creation.

Successful candidates will interact directly with internal teams, forming strong partnerships across multiple areas of the company, including Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B content marketing campaigns aligned to content marketing strategy
  • Manage the Engage Blog and work closely with the SEO strategist for optimization
  • Navigate ambiguity and work closely with stakeholders to fully understand the HR and employee engagement space, as well as the company messaging
  • Project manage initiatives with creation, planning, timelines, and resourcing both externally and internally
  • Understand and drive the use of firm-approved AI tools for content development
  • Write marketing and communication content and produce material
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing activities
  • Become familiar with and fully understand all Achievers content to leverage in content writing and creation
  • Deliver a consistent voice, tone, and style of writing with every piece of content
  • Interact with internal teams directly, forming successful partnerships across multiple areas of the company, including Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree I Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7+ years’ experience in marketing campaign development and management
  • Experience with SEO and applying SEO best practices in writing
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to create messaging and tailor to different audiences
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Quick learner and who is eager to learn more about the HR industry, employee engagement space, and Achievers
