The Affinda platform helps organisations automate document processing, so their people have more time for more meaningful work.As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the charge in shaping the Affinda brand narrative, driving audience engagement, and achieving growth outcomes through world-class content and marketing campaigns.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll manage the Affinda content marketing strategy across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact customer journeys that attract, nurture, and convert. You will report directly to the Brand & Communications Director and be instrumental in positioning Affinda as a leader in the B2B AI and SaaS space.You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Design teams to ensure content not only aligns with our brand but also supports business objectives and customer needs. This is not a role where you’re simply executing campaigns; you’ll be creating them. Creative, bold, and data-driven, you will set the standard for content excellence and use numbers as your North Star. This role is based in Melbourne.In this dynamic and pivotal role, you will:Drive full-funnel content strategies that fuel growth, from awareness through conversion, aligned with GTM priorities and product launches.Manage the Affinda content calendar and lead content creators across the business, ensuring high standards of execution and consistency.Deeply understand Affinda buyer personas and craft content that engages at every touchpoint, from awareness to conversion.Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure content is optimized for SEO, SEM, and user experience across all digital channels.Design HubSpot workflows and automated programs that nurture prospects, turning into quality leads and lifetime customersCraft compelling narratives that reflect Affinda’s unique voice, differentiating us in the AI, SaaS, and data intelligence spaces.Set clear KPIs, leverage analytics tools, and continuously optimize content through A/B testing and performance-driven decisions.Lead competitive audits, customer feedback sessions, and market research to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities.Drive field marketing efforts, ensuring brand, content, and strategy are aligned across industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Work in partnership with our AI engineers to leverage AI tools, apply best practice to continuously refine, scale and automate workflows for maximum efficiency and impact.Work closely with design partners to create visually engaging content that’s on-brand, polished, and optimized for maximum impact.What makes this role specialAward-winning business: Affinda won the ‘Company to Watch’ award at the 2024 Australian growth company awards and was recently named by Forbes as the fastest growing AI company in Australia.Hybrid flexibility: mix focused remote days with collaborative Melbourne HQ time.Culture which values initiative: autonomy to suggest and experiment with new ideas, regardless of title or background.Collaborative culture: Work alongside diverse teams (Sales, Product, Digital, Design) to create content, campaigns and events that drives results.Cutting-edge tech: Play a key role in marketing for an AI and SaaS company at the forefront of automation and data intelligence.Experience ProfileProfessional experience-: 6+ years in B2B content or digital marketing roles, with recent experience in SaaS or tech and a proven track record of leading content initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.Technical expertise: Expert-level writing and editing skills across multiple formats – : long-form, short-form, video, web, and social.
