Overview
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly-motivated Content Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team!
As the Content Marketing Coordinator, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing the social media marketing for 17 different brands and 40+ channels across the country. Working closely with the content marketing and digital marketing teams, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to share our mission: to find success for every child in our care. The right person for this role is purpose-oriented, thrives on connecting with their audiences, and enjoys writing creative and effective copy.
LEARN is a prominent behavioral health and educational organization comprised of two key entities, LEARN Behavioral and The LEARN Academy. This is a full-time, remote position, but candidates must reside in CST / EST time zones. Writing samples will be requested prior to the virtual interview with hiring team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage LEARN’s social media marketing
- Adhere to brand voice on social media platforms
- Write, schedule, and oversee organic social media posts
- Copywrite social ad campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Keep up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools
- Use the Sprout Social publishing tool to schedule posts and pull analytics
- Respond to online messages and comments from followers
- Work as a member of the content marketing team and suggest content optimization
- Measure the success of social media campaigns and refine KPI strategies based on performance
- Support the Content Marketing Specialist with preparing annual and monthly content marketing calendars
- Identify curated content including research articles, family activities, legislative and advocacy updates, among others
- Connect with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
- Monitor competitive landscape to stay informed of changes in the ABA industry and discover opportunities to integrate into LEARN’s social media marketing
- Collaborate with other departments such as the People Team and Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Partnerships, among others
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Content Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- BA in Marketing or similar/relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Preferred knowledge of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business
- Social media experience, required
- Content marketing experience, required
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, required
- Experience copyediting and copywriting shorter format copy, e.g., 500-word blogs, flyers, emails, and landing pages, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with WordPress content management system and blog publishing
- Experience using brand strategy to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Experience conducting audience and community persona research
- Ability to think creatively and be comfortable sharing ideas with a collaborative team in a supportive environment
- Experience working in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, human services, or education, highly desirable
- The Content Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Content Marketing Specialist but will need to work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team.
