In this role, you’ll respond to consumer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely, empathetic, and effective resolutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

• Respond to consumer inquiries across phone, email, social media, and chat
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues, escalating where needed
• Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the case management system
• Collaborate with teams like QA, Marketing, and Logistics to resolve concerns
• Monitor consumer feedback trends and share insights for business improvement

About youYou’re a customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service and turning challenges into positive experiences. With strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, you’re confident in handling a wide range of consumer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

• Experience in customer service or consumer affairs, ideally in FMCG, retail or hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptable tone
• Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage complaints with tact, resilience, and accuracy
