Job description: Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Communication Manager with a background in marketing or advertising, specifically within the UAE market.The ideal candidate is an Arabic-speaking professional who excels in managing client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and delivering projects on time and within scope. As a Communication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that drive results and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and providing timely updates and recommendations to enhance satisfaction.

• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and local market insights.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of client projects, coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations, brand voice, and cultural nuances of the Arabic-speaking audience.

• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within financial limits while maintaining high quality.

• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights, create post-campaign reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of all components.

• Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating project progress, campaign results, and strategic insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
