This role is essential in enhancing our brand visibility and strengthening our communication strategies both internally and externally. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication activities that promote our organization’s goals and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including community outreach and fundraising activities.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather relevant information for communication materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other design/software tools related to communications.
Expected salary: $17 – 22 per hour
