The National Sales Activation team is an impact focused, fast-moving and highly engaged team transforming sales operations and execution in the Commercial & Public Sector sales space. Within this team, we aim to increase our Sales organizations ability to execute in-market through the standardization and delivery of national sales frameworks and customer facing programs. Directly speaking, we strive to “make it real” by scaling strategies and tactics that are valuable to the seller, built for the seller and developed with the seller. In this role you will focus on the execution, standardization and delivery of key sales tactics and GTM strategies to ultimately accelerate our sales team ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Here’s how:

Your role will be focused on driving key communications and sales activation contents to our national sales teams leveraging consistent collaboration with our Marketing, Product and Sales Operations teams. We are looking for a team member able to rapidly deliver content in both English and French with experience in creating presentations used for training purposes.

Specifically, You Will

  • Participate in the executive communication management of Senior Sales Leadership including delivery of executive presentation material
  • Develop, implement and evolve best-in-class communications strategies, tactics, key messages
  • Support, with the integrated communications team, the distribution of key Sr. Sales Leadership priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and translate sales program content for the national sales teams
  • Curate strategic narratives/compelling storylines that connect to business objectives and to what matters most for a Sales Executive
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement of sales content
  • Assist in the facilitation of multilingual sales training sessions
  • Ideate, define and apply a consistent and compelling sales and marketing approach to communications including narrative and standards

You Have

  • 3 years + of communications experience
  • Fluency in French & English
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Productivity Suites (Google Slides & Powerpoint,etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline is required or extensive related business experience
