Job description: Join our team as a Commercial Process Manager and play a key role at the intersection between business operations and Digital, Data & IT (DDIT).You will engage closely with business stakeholders to identify their digital needs, aligning them with strategic goals to optimize operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be translating business needs to DD&IT development teams, facilitating conversations to deliver business-driven digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and DDIT stakeholders to map and optimize business processes using Business Process Model and Notation.
• Lead efforts to drive end-to-end process, focusing on Market to Order, optimization and digitalization, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the alignment of process architecture with strategic objectives, leveraging Business Process Management tools and methods for maximum business value.
• Evaluate and address inefficiencies by fostering a process-centric approach that supports organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and to-be design sessions to streamline processes and remove non-value-adding activities.
• Serve as a resource for DDIT, translating business needs, goals, and context into actionable process enhancements.
• Implement continuous improvement measures to ensure sustained process health, efficacy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred in fields intersecting IT and business or a track record working across the two.
• Proven experience in process management within a commercial environment
• A plus with experience from MedTech or Pharma to understand the regulatory environment
• Strong proficiency with BPM tools and methodologies; adept at process mapping and design.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
• Certification, such as Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to articulate process strategies and lead transformation initiatives.
• Experience in CRM (Salesforce), Contact Center, Marketing Automation or CMS systems, is a plus
