You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure every initiative reflects the Belhaven brand.QualificationsAs Commercial Marketing Manager, you will…

• Deliver and optimise the Belhaven marketing plan, driving awareness, consideration and sales across Scotland.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape food, drink, entertainment and promotional strategies that align with brand values.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
• Provide insight into Scottish market trends, competitor activity and legal requirements to inform marketing decisions.
• Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful customer experiences across all touchpoints.

What you’ll bring…

• A degree in marketing, business or digital, plus 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and measure ROI.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Scottish licensing laws and how they apply to marketing and promotions.
• A collaborative, resilient mindset with a passion for delivering results and leading cross-functional teams.
