In this role, you will:

• Monitor and analyze investment behavior across customer segments to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
• Abillity to transform insights into meaningful and compelling messages, that you can communicate internally and externally.
• Translate behavioral data and market insights into concrete content ideas, narratives, and sales angles that support our advisory teams and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, marketing, and frontline to shape sharp go-to-market plans for new investment products and services.
• Use your stakeholder management skills throughout the organisation to make an impact
• Drive planned deliveries and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure timely and relevant communication of customer-facing stories.
• Continuously assess the performance of campaigns and content to guide future commercial priorities.

What you bringWe’re looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with commercial creativity and customer impact:

• Solid understanding of investments, financial markets, and customer behavior
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex insights into simple, engaging messages.
• Experience working with data, customer analysis, or business intelligence (you don’t need to code-but you know how to ask the right questions).
• Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive and curious approach with a strong drive to create customer and business impact.
