Apply now!The positionAs the Commercial Director for Alzheimer’s Disease, you will spearhead Novo Nordisk Region EUCAN’s strategic entry into the neurodegenerative space. In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, development, and execution of business growth opportunities, shaping launch strategies and guiding country-level adaptations to secure differentiation and significant market impact.By turning insights, data, and new indications into actionable plans, you’ll help position our solutions effectively towards customers and make a meaningful difference for patients.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategy and planning: Develop and implement the Alzheimer’s Disease business strategy across Region EUCAN, collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Building and guiding a cross-functional community: Establish strong networks and foster an engaged Alzheimer’s Disease community across EUCAN to support knowledge sharing and alignment.
  • Driving launch excellence and growth: Steer launch preparations and execution, prioritizing initiatives that maximize growth opportunities and ensure successful market entry.
  • Sharing and scaling best practices: Identify, pilot, and disseminate successful initiatives and insights across countries to strengthen our collective impact.
  • Ensuring compliance and integrity: Act in line with the NN Way, maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Compliance, Business Ethics, and Pharmacovigilance.

The position will report to Head of Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapies, Medical & Marketing.QualificationsYou could be the ideal candidate for this role if you:

  • Hold a university degree in Business, Medicine, or Life Sciences (preferred).
  • Bring at least 7 years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in a similar role in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills, combined with solid market insight and a collaborative, cross-functional leadership style.
  • Have experience and understanding of the neurodegenerative space, including involvement in launching new products.
  • Approach new challenges with flexibility, a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, and an innovative mindset.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
