Currently, one of our divsions – L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, seeks for CeraVe Online & Product Brand Manager to help shape how consumers experience dermatological beauty across online and offline channels. Intrigued? Keep reading!A Day in the LifeAs the CeraVe Online & Product Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of defining and co-owning the O+O (Online + Offline) brand strategy. Acting as the central hub for brand image management across O+O channels, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of teams, including global marketing team & HQ in Paris, Retail Brand Managers, Social Brand Managers, Medical Communication Specialists, and more. Your mission? To develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, product trends, and competitive landscapes, ensuring CeraVe’s marketing strategy is as innovative as it is impactful.Here’s what you’ll be working on:Co-Own the Brand Strategy and Vision:
- Co-develop the brand plan with a consumer and business-centric approach.
- Lead O+O marketing, promotional activities, and trade plans.
- Support budget preparation and tracking while driving strategic transversal projects.
- Ensure alignment with the global digital strategy, including CRM, web presence, and advocacy.
Oversee Product Launches and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute product launch plans and adapt assets locally.
- Define communication angles and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead media campaigns, track performance, and oversee merchandising and POS materials.
Define Brand Development Strategy:
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor brand/category sales, market share, and consumer recruitment.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage pricing, valorization, and profitability.
Manage Media Campaigns to Boost Awareness:
- Develop and execute media plans to drive category awareness.
- Lead the digital brand strategy and ensure a seamless online shopper journey.
- Collaborate with e-commerce activation managers to achieve sales targets through online retailers.
