It’s our people that are crucial to the success of our business and therefore we offer a vast range of comprehensive benefits to our team.Free on-site parking at the officeA non-contractual work from home option (ideally on successful completion of first 3 months of employment)25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate Medical & Dental InsuranceGroup Life Assurance BenefitsAnnual Gym AllowanceDiscounted Milwaukee and Ryobi productsAccess to our TTi Benefits Hub which includes discounts with many high street retailersSupport towards Eye Sight Tests for DSE useOn-site 3rd party restaurant and coffee shop in our officesAs well as the above benefits, the wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to us and we offer an Employee Assistance Programme, giving employees access to a confidential helpline 24/7.Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage a portfolio of Power tools and meet sales turnover targets and profit margins for theseTo manage the introduction of new products to marketSet SSP’s and launch pricing in line with market prices and profit expectationsTo develop and execute quarterly product promotions and monitor the effectiveness in the marketTo provide and present features, benefits and technical information on new and existing products to the sales division and partnersTo work with the European product management & European marketing teams for the timely launch of new products and supporting promotional materialTo monitor and carry out research on competitor and retail activity including new product launches, competitor campaigns and promotional activityTo keep product landscapes up to date to ascertain product and price positioning of existing and new productsTo support the sales team with sales presentations, product training, promotional planning and attendance at events and customer meetingsMonthly sales analysis and reportingTo ensure all marketing touchpoints accurately represent the product portfolioThe creation and implementation of marketing premiums, POS, sales literature and display merchandising linked to the product portfolioThe raising of purchase orders internally and then externally with our supplier baseInvolvement in the organisation of yearly Milwaukee customer events and exhibitionsTo carry out any other ad hoc responsibilities as required by Line Manager from time to timeSkills/ Experience RequiredUniversity Degree (or equivalent), preferably in MarketingRelevant experience in a marketing position, preferableGood analytical skillsExcellent organisational and project management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with presenting to larger audiencesStrong Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookGood understanding of Social Media & the WebAbility to travel, both within the UK and occasionally internationally. Occasional weekend work may be required.Highly motivated and eagerness to fulfil the position’s responsibilities effectively and in a timely fashion#LI-LR1
