Positioned within our global Supply Chain function, you will take ownership of the full procurement execution process-from supporting tenders to final delivery-ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality equipment aligned with project timelines, cost targets, and technical specifications.You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, suppliers, and category managers to balance quality, cost, and on-time delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Support: Issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and support the Sales department during bid preparation for ancillary scopes.
  • Procurement Execution: Full accountability for order placement to delivery of structural and ancillary components, including documentation tracking and milestone payments.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback loops.
  • Project Reporting: Regularly update internal stakeholders on procurement status and risks.
  • Analytics Support: Conduct ad-hoc analyses on cost, quality, and supplier performance for SCM and SMR teams.
  • Tool Development: Contribute to cost modeling and pricing tool enhancements.

Qualifications & SkillsEssential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, category buying, or similar roles
  • High emotional maturity, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage complexity under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Danish and/or Portuguese is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of structural and ancillary components
  • Experience in international procurement and working with multicultural teams
  • Familiarity with supplier performance tracking and documentation workflows
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Power BI
