Autodesk Education Experiences is a stand-alone business unit in Worldwide Marketing (WWM) focused on supporting a global audience of accredited institutions and verified educators and students in the K12, secondary, 2-year, and 4-year university segments to design and make anything. Position Overview
The Campaign Marketing Manager will develop campaign marketing programs and strategies with a focus on the first 60 days of our audiences’ post-download journey and beyond. You will help education customers deploy, onboard, manage, and use Autodesk products through relevant and engaging experiences. You will collaborate with Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, and customer-facing teams to decide what message we should deliver and how we should deliver it and work with team members to build everything our field engagement and marketing teams need—enablement tools, marketing assets, coordinated in product activations and more. Our success is measured by customers’ completing account set-up, saving basic tasks [projects], assigning student seats, and account level use. You will report to the Senior Manager, Content and Campaigns. You will be Hybrid/Remote in the US or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations Technology, Field Engagement, and Curriculum and Certification to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Define marketing actions to support named account onboarding and retention growth opportunities
- Secure stakeholder feedback and approval on onboarding and retention marketing plans
- Understand the target audience’s needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform content creation that resonates, is relevant, impactful, and engaging
- Develop customer campaign creative concepts—e.g., theme, look & feel—from ideation through to completion via agency
- Create customer-facing field and marketing assets. Lead creative development internally or through an established set of criteria via agency
- Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbook(s) to customer-facing teams to execute
- Manage global email nurture campaign, strategy, and execution across the entire customer lifecycle
- Achieve agreed-upon return on marketing investment success metrics (ROMI)
- Lead iterative improvements and analyze the data and feedback to refine and optimize the campaign strategy
- Continually experiment and test new tactics, media channels, content, marketing tools & technology
- Manage cross-functional team communication, briefings, and quarterly business updates
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
- 8+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company
- Proven success influencing large, global, cross-functional teams from planning to execution
- Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, CMT (Campaign Management Tool), Allocadia) and data analytics software will be beneficial
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to build customer-facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentations

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,900 and $171,380. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
