Working in our Sales and Marketing Team, our Business Transformation Analyst will assist to deliver our strategy of ‘Simpler, Faster, Better.’We want to meet candidates who are excited about emerging technology and how it can be used. You will help us with scoping, execution and deployment of technology-led business improvement projects by reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and applying digital technologies.This role will be very well suited to a candidate who is curious, technically minded and a continuous learner. You don’t have to be an expert yet, we will show you how.Working as Business Transformation Analyst you will:

• Investigate, document and analyse business processes and activities
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and transformation using technology & data
• Assist with business process change initiatives and development of requirements for new technology solutions
• Support end users through Transformational change and monitor the subsequent Business Value
• Conduct information gathering and analysis to understand strategic user requirements
• Review how business systems, data & technology are currently used and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains
• Coach and support the business in the transition to digitally enhanced processes and a data driven culture
• Assist users to assess functional requirements against technology & data solutions
• Promote the appetite and ambition to modernise business processes
• Continuously seek out & promote digital advancements to benefit the ever-changing business needs.

Skills for SuccessJoining us as the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

• Demonstrated success in driving business transformation and process enhancement initiatives
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various levels within an organisation, especially with commercial teams
• Ability to demonstrate solid technical knowledge and application
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and capturing acceptance criteria

• A third-level qualification in IT or business
• Certification or formal training in business analysis
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform

• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Effective negotiation and influence skills

Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday.
