Job description: This full-time Business Sales and Marketing role at Alarm Force Pty Limited offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Broadmeadows, Victoria. What you’ll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through a range of channels including networking, cold calling, and online marketing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and upsell additional products and services
• Conducting tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and convert potential customers
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract new clients
• Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing leadership to inform strategy and continuous improvement
• Accurately tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the security or technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving sustainable business growth
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques to support lead generation and customer acquisition
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
