Join us as Business Director covering the Nordics.In this role, the Business Director will lead the commercial development of our Fibre Cement Brands across the Nordics Regio, growing turnover and margin through a strong business plan, aligned with our marketing strategy and performance goals. You’ll lead and empower a dedicated sales, marketing, and after-sales team, ensuring results are delivered in line with budget, and the values that define Etex. • Shape and deliver a clear business plan to grow market share and boost profitability
• Lead and inspire the Sales, Marketing and After-Sales teams to hit and exceed targets
• Track performance and make smart, agile changes to stay on course and drive results
• Uncover new business opportunities and help bring innovative product solutions to market
• Strengthen the visibility and reputation of the brand through events and partnerships
• Champion the development and growth of your team, with a strong focus on coaching and talent
• Play a hands-on role in Etex’s wider transformation journey, helping shape the future of the business

What you’ll bring

• Proven leadership and motivational skills to drive a sales team and achieve expected results
• Proven track record in commercial strategy development within a manufacturing organisation
• Strong analytical and numerical acumen
• Change management skills
• Excellent selling skills including negotiation, and communication
• Fluent in Danish or Swedish and English
