Job description: The Business Development Manager for Towing Services, Fleet and the Automobile Industry plays a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing effective business strategies tailored to the unique needs of the fleet and towing markets.Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet and towing services sectors in Dubai.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including fleet operators and towing companies.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at the automobile industry.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services and establish connections.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and customer insights specific to the fleet and towing sectors.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key players in the automobile industry to enhance service offerings.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in business development or sales management within the fleet, towing, or automobile industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools specific to the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail in contract management.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
