Job description: RECRUITZ AUSTRALIA FP Markets, a globally recognised CFD broker founded in Australia, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our dynamic global team on a full-time basis. This role is suited for self-driven professionals with a passion for client engagement, business growth, and financial markets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base across APAC by converting leads, onboarding new partners, and executing strategic growth initiatives. Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 AUD per annum Attractive performance-based bonuses Remote work flexibility with laptop provided or reimbursement for equipment Visa and work permit sponsorship (if required) Multicultural, collaborative team environment Supportive leadership and a high level of autonomy Personal development and training budget Career growth and exposure to global markets Engaging team activities and international celebrations Task & responsibilities Develop and manage assigned markets by converting leads and establishing new business relationships Actively engage potential partners and trading professionals across platforms and communities Identify and execute effective local marketing strategies to promote FP Markets’ brand and products Onboard and support new trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare targeted promotional content Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners Negotiate partnership terms based on internal rebate structures Monitor partner performance, optimise engagement and ensure KPIs are met Conduct market and competitor analysis; provide strategic feedback to management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Attend international conferences and business meetings as needed Qualification & experience Fluency in spoken and written English is essential Background in FX/CFD/Online trading industry strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, economics, commerce, marketing or related field preferred Proven experience in client-facing roles or business development Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills High level of motivation, initiative, and ability to work autonomously Strong teamwork skills and a results-driven attitude About Company FP Markets is a well-established, multi-regulated broker offering global access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.
