We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to support our grow for our indirect sales in Czech Republic.About the Role
As Business Development Manager you’ll be supporting business growth through our distributor and wholesale partners. You’ll focus on building high-performing partnerships, delivering value, and achieving ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of a clear indirect sales strategy aligned with local and regional goals
• Strengthen relationships with key distributors to drive mutual growth
• Identify and develop scalable routes to market across traditional and digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure full alignment
• Use data and market insights to adjust strategy and stay ahead of competitors

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in indirect sales, channel management, or distributor development
• Commercial acumen, with a focus on value-based selling
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
• Active knowledge of Czech and English languages
