The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching new market opportunities, creating innovative sales initiatives, and managing client acquisition strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research new market opportunities and industry trends. Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives to increase market share. Manage client acquisition strategies and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and marketing materials. Negotiate and close deals with key clients and partners. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales and business development. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
