Marketing Manager
ROLE MISSION
Your mission is to support the development, execution, and monitoring of all marketing programs across the Retail and Wholesale channels. This is a vital role to help implement a go-to-market strategy for the brand across store initiatives, marketing materials and selling tools. You will collaborate with the Retail and Wholesale team for end-to-end strategies to support the channels growth, as well as with the Licencing team on product and marketing design elements. You will work alongside the Head of Marketing in the achievement of all Marketing team objectives. You will be the gatekeeper of timings, process and progress of all responsible projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Marketing programs to support all channels worldwide
- Manage of Retail Support action plans with regional Marketing and Retail teams, with direct execution in EMEA region. Give visibility on qualitative and quantitative learnings to HQ stakeholders and regional teams on the activities implemented
- Collaborate with CRM and VIC function on the marketing implementation of branded Customer Journeys targeting various clients’ profiles, enhancing the luxury experience for the client, both with digital and physical tools
- Develop a program of activities to support Franchise partners and Wholesale Key Image accounts in line with the management direction for client engagement
- Support Retail stores and Wholesale accounts with Bespoke trunk shows invitations in a timely manner
- Liaise with Department Stores/Malls to ensure marketing campaigns are reflected on a WW level
- Coordinate marketing aspects of omnichannel projects cross-functionally with the eCommerce team
- End-to-end brand events project management
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, regional Retail and MarCom on the implementation of store opening strategies and organization of opening events
- Help to drive the management of seasonal Collection Presentations to key press and buyers, conveying the Design Director creative input
- Coordinate with regional Marketing teams, Retail and VIC functions on a calendar of in-store events and partnerships (brand events, product launches, trunk shows)
- Negotiate with agencies and external suppliers for events and materials production
- Project manage for simultaneous activities and delivery: develop the brief and timeline, involve stakeholders, track issues and find workable solutions, track ROI and budget
- Licensing and new product launches project management
- Support the Chief Client and Digital Officer on product and marketing initiatives linked to fragrance and eyewear categories
- Marketing materials production in support to new licenced product launches
- Collaborate with Press and VM team to set-up of licenced products during showroom and in-store events
- Implementation and ongoing coordination of Brioni marketing tools
- Own of graphic charter and company profile, with timely updates based on users’ feedback and ensure optimal adoption across various departments
- Develop POS tools and selling materials on a seasonal basis and/or for specific market requests (Holiday, Chinese New Year, etc.)
- Work with the Design team on the creation of gift programs for VICs, events and product launches
- Create and project manage of Bespoke selling tools for roll-out across Retail and Wholesale
- Collaborate with Retail Excellence on branding and gifting for yearly Retail conference
- Update product labelling mapping on a seasonal basis and/or to support new product launches
- Give visibility to HQ stakeholders on the activities implemented
Who you are
- Degree in marketing, business/economics, management, or other related fields
- Min 7 years’ experience in marketing and communications or project management
- Strong business acumen. Sensitive to luxury.
- Strong project management skills with acquired methodology and eye for detail
- Hands-on, initiative-taking person, with a passion to drive for solutions in a resourceful way
- Enthusiastic with high levels of energy, self–motivation and resilience, inspiring others to follow their lead
- Excellent at partnering up with people of various cultures and personal styles in international environment
- Fluent in English
