Brand Marketing Assistant Winchester – Outskirts – £24/£25k (DOE)

This role acts as the primary coordinator between the creative, marketing, and technical teams. This role would really appeal to a recent graduate or equivalent that is passionate about all things marketing and branding. You will have the scope to grow and develop ideas within this ambitious and innovative business.

Responsibilities

• Artwork development, assisting and supporting the branding and marketing team
• First point of contact for external Graphic Designer, managing workload and priorities and creating briefs
• Manage artwork from initial request, to briefing creatives, printing, ordering from suppliers and ensuring all parties are meeting deadlines
• Overseeing all the branded assets within the organisation, customers, and partners too
• Research and identify sustainable suppliers for all branded goods
• Updating the website product pages
• Content creation, creating photography and video content for social media channels
• Own the online shop email account and respond to queries
• You will analyse and track the impact of digital campaigns
• Assisting on marketing reports
• Track competitor activity
• You will be involved in various events throughout the year
• We are looking for a team player who will get stuck into whatever needs to be done to assist the branding teams
• General Administration

You’ll be an enthusiastic, creative, hard working and food loving person who is able to demonstrate the following:

• Organisational and time management skills
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Content creation and ideally graphic design, photography, and videography
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Canva
• Strategic thinking ability
• Energy, enthusiasm and creativity
• A hunger to develop yourself and grown and learn with the company
• A clean driving licence
• 1 years + Studio, Marketing, Brand and or Communications experience
