Be part of a small but impactful team making a big difference in how our brand engages the world.Brand and Creative ManagerMännedorf, ZurichYour contributionIn this role, you will be the guardian of Tecan’s visual identity and creative standards. You’ll deliver engaging brand training, support impactful campaigns and design visually compelling content for internal and external audiences. You’ll manage brand tools such as guidelines, templates, the Media Bank and the Brand Store, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs that strengthen our brand worldwide.Responsibilities include:Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, visual identity and templatesDelivering creative direction and hands-on design for campaigns and internal initiativesCoordinating brand platforms, including the Tecan Journal and Media BankManaging external creative partners and delivering clear, structured briefsSupporting employer branding and recruitment marketing campaignsYour backgroundA bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, branding or a related field3-5 years of experience in brand management, creative services or marketing communicationsProficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign, and M365 (especially PowerPoint)Strong organizational, communication and storytelling skillsA proactive, detail-oriented and conscientious approach, with the ability to work collaborativelyWhat makes working at Tecan uniqueThe opportunity to make a difference by shaping how our brand engages people worldwideBe part of a small but impactful team where your creativity truly countsA diverse, international workplace with room to growComprehensive benefits and a strong, empowering company cultureOur purpose: improving people’s lives and health by empowering our customers to scale healthcare innovation globallyJoin Tecan, a great place to work!
