As a student assistant in our sales organisation, you’ll be learning about brand activation and customer engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse OTC brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives, mentored by our experienced team. This role (20 h/week) is offered for a period of at least 12 months, possibly be to prolonged (to be decided individually).Your responsibilitiesAs a Student Assistant within the Denmark OTC Sales team, your main responsibility is to support the Associate Omni & Activation Manager with adhoc and project-based tasks to pursue the goals of the Key Account Managers and the DK Sales team as a whole. You are mainly working with our love brands Strepsils, Galieve and Durex.Your tasks within this position will include:

  • Drive specific projects and support the Activation Manager and Field Sales Team to deliver profitable growth in line with company objectives
  • Support product launches and Field Sales presentation preparations, including submission of product information/codes and sample sharing
  • Be the main point of contact for POS materials, supporting in the creation and briefing process, proofreading materials and coordinating orders with 3rd party agencies, while also supporting KAMs with execution and coordination for customers
  • Support the development of Joint Business Plans and key category projects (Medical conferences coordination, BDI activations set-up, roll-out and communications of campaigns to field sales, and executional assignments associated with Category projects)

The experience we’re looking for

  • You are currently pursuing your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business/economics or equivalent in Denmark
  • Fluent Danish and English Language Skills (oral and written)
  • Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Nice to have: Sales systems software (i.e. SAP), Syndicated Data software (i.e. Nielsen Data), FMCG and/or Customer and Sales Management Experience
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
