Job description: The Sales Manager is a highly experienced and results-driven sales professional responsible for directly driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts and/or developing new business opportunities. This role requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to close complex deals independently. The IC Sales Manager acts as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and positioning company solutions effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas for assigned accounts or territories.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue from existing clients (upselling and cross-selling).

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns.Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.Market & Product Expertise:Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products/services, their value proposition, and competitive differentiators.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Dubai and the broader UAE/MENA region.Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams (e.g., Product Development, Marketing) to inform future strategies and product enhancements.Strategic Planning & Reporting:Develop and implement individual sales strategies and action plans to achieve personal sales goals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline forecasts and activity reports in the CRM system.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales performance.Present sales progress, challenges, and forecasts to senior management.Collaboration & Internal Alignment:Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and develop targeted sales enablement materials.Participate in internal meetings and contribute to broader sales strategy discussions.
