About the role:
As a B2B Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of Cubbi’s full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation strategies to collect high-quality leads. This is an ideal role for a proactive marketer passionate about content development and tailoring marketing campaigns across B2B channels to solve customer needs.
The successful candidate will own the ongoing optimization of our B2B funnel; with core accountabilities of managing a budget, identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth, and measuring and analyzing campaign performance. This individual will work closely with the Sales team to support sales-led initiatives and execute on marketing-led initiatives to contribute to overall company metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to support sales-led business growth initiatives
- Strategize, execute and optimize marketing-led business growth initiatives
- Understand customer personas and buying journey to drive awareness and demand generation campaigns
- Identify new market opportunities through industry research and news monitoring
- Write and produce both short and long-form content including blogs, emails and webpage copy
- Optimize the lead to sales process and find creative ways to increase the conversion rate at each step of the sales cycle
- Conduct post-campaign audits to identify key learnings and measure effectiveness against defined and aligned objectives
- Represent the brand effectively and have a deep understanding of the Cubbi’s value propositions
Skills and experience we look for:
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- Proven ability of applying creative solutions to increase B2B funnel conversion rates
- History of thriving in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
- Proven record of using CRMs and email marketing systems that directly increase business growth. Experience with Hubspot is an asset
- Identify opportunities to optimize a marketing strategy; knowing when to select between SEO/SEM, website, email, social, etc
- Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, project management, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—required to communicate effectively with target audiences
- Experience with design software, such as Photoshop or Canva is a bonus
