Job description: Overview of the roleThe job holder will be responsible for development of Business 2 Business (B2B) for ACE core Business and execution of strategies to meet business objectives at ACE Hardware. The job holder will be a commercially driven who will be accountable for evaluating business trends, negotiating, and managing customers, building strategic relationships with large B2B customers – new and existing.As a B2B Manager, the job holder will be driving B2B agenda by collaborating with internal stakeholders in EIT, Internal Audit, Process & Compliance, Marketing, Ecom and Stores to develop B2B function within the division. Also ensuring streamline of processes and making use of technologies to enhance interaction with customers and deliver excellent customer experience at the same time. The job holder will be accountable to manage sales budgets and ensuring deliverance of top line and bottom line for B2B Sales Vertical.What you will doPlanning & Execution of Business to Business (B2B) Strategy
- Develop, define and prioritize key strategic objectives in coordination with partners throughout the organization to provide decision support through high quality business forecasting, operations and analytics processes
- Create highly sophisticated analytical frameworks and functional models to forecast the business and provide recommendations for solving key business problems.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and business dashboards to enable performance management and facilitate accountability.
- Deliver timely, accurate and effective analysis and reporting of financial & operational performance to executive and senior management.
- Track performance relative to budgets, schedules, milestones, and performance targets.
- Develop annual regional business plan to reflect the vertical positioning, negotiate key aspects of the planned delivery with the brand in each regional market.
- Oversee all aspects of strategic B2B set-up plan including setting up channels of EIT, Ecom and Sales & Distribution
- Delivering revenue from the launch period. Maximize turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning and forecasting.
- Develop information points at all brick & mortar store to channelize B2B verticals queries
Digital
- Ensure vertical has a digital roadmap strategy according to the Digital First initiative. • Strategize to activate the stock integration project to maximize online sales.
- Work with the data team to drive deep insights around how B2B verticals use the platform and drive strategies to identify new opportunities
Business Development
- Identify strategic partnerships with influential businesses and individuals who will support to drive awareness and adoption of the B2B vertical, within the professional community in MENA.
- Plan and maximize the sales and profit contribution of the ACE in MENA
