Job description: The ABC is looking for an Audience Support Advisor to join our small customer service team and assist in handling written feedback and complaints ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.The Job
- Triage audience feedback and complaints under general direction, resolve or escalate following ABC’s Complaints Handling procedures
- Perform administrative tasks: categorise and log audience contacts, help prepare regular reports, and update training materials, knowledge bases, and templates
- Manage cases by liaising with other teams within the ABC to resolve audience concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to the Audience Support team
Position Description:About YouYou’ll be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills.You’ll have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in customer service with an emphasis on written complaint handling
- Strong computer skills, able to use various applications and customer management tools. (Resolve and Zendesk experience would be beneficial).
- Excellent customer service focus; able to deal diplomatically and understand audience needs
- Advanced written and verbal communication; build effective relationships and communicates clearly
- Able to manage workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines while working in a collegiate team environment
- Good problem-solving skills and understanding of ABC’s products and services
