• Assist with the details that bring brands to life, from building menus to supporting marketing and growth strategies.
• Track key performance metrics and help generate recurring reports and dashboards to guide brand and operational decisions.
• Launch promotions and coordinate timelines to ensure every campaign goes live smoothly and delivers impact.
• Get hands-on with numbers by helping track budgets and ensuring spend stays aligned with allocations.
• Support brand pitches by preparing insights, articulating the value proposition, and explaining commercials that showcase why a concept deserves to launch.
• Keep an eye on basic P&L metrics – such as sales, margins, and costs – to help optimize performance and profitability.
• Help manage timelines, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects running efficiently.
• Gradually take ownership of specific brands or processes within the Incubator as your experience and confidence grow.

QualificationsWhat Did We Order?

• 1-2 years of experience in an F&B, e-commerce, or marketing operations support role.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail – you’re comfortable managing multiple workflows.
• Analytical mindset – confident with Excel, dashboards, and basic data tools.
• Excellent communicator and a quick learner with a growth mindset.
• Bonus: Interest in virtual brands, food, or start-up environments.
