You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life An exciting role for an Associate Product Specialist to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business based in Sydney!In this highly visible role, working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Associate Product Specialist will have an opportunity to work within a team of talented marketing professionals promoting highly innovative and market leading technology, services and solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.This is an incredible opportunity to join and grow your career with Medtronic, and a supportive close knit Marketing team for a business that remains on the leading edge of innovation!Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provide support to the CRM Marketing team in a number of key areas:Product and stakeholder strategiesMarketing Analytics and Performance MetricsBusiness Reporting / QBRsProduct Lifecycle ManagementDevelopment, implementation and maintenance of pricing strategiesVeeva approval processTender submission processProduct launch excellenceDevelopment and management of annual Marketing Plan / CampaignSales Enablement strategiesRegulatory / Reimbursement strategiesManagement of infrastructure to support device management and follow-up (tablets)Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary qualifications essentialA Customer focused approachAbility to absorb complex technical information and an aptitude for technologyComputer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.A valid drivers’ license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as requiredPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
