• Collaborate with key stakeholders across global functions and affiliates to drive brand and customer strategies effectively.
• Utilize a diverse range of quantitative data, research, and innovative approaches to analyse and challenge existing strategies, transforming them into actionable insights.
• Synthesize information from various data sources to build clear conclusions, providing a comprehensive 360-degree assessment of both market and brand performance.
• Lead lifecycle management (LCM) brand planning, adjusting strategies in response to new indications, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Anticipate the needs of stakeholders and opinion leaders, delivering customized solutions that align with Novo Nordisk’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee budget planning for multiple large-scale projects, ensuring effective mid-term financial management.

Your New DepartmentYou will be joining the Diabetes GLP-1 Strategic Marketing team at Novo Nordisk A/S, part of Product & Portfolio Strategy. This department is dedicated to innovating and providing solutions that help individuals with diabetes achieve better health outcomes. As a pivotal team in Novo Nordisk, you will be instrumental in the strategic leadership of all new and late-stage diabetes products globally, significantly impacting sales, operating profit, and organizational growth.Within a diverse and high-performing team from various backgrounds and countries, you will experience an environment that fosters innovation and embraces collaboration and, continually seeks innovative approaches to drive exceptional patient outcomes.Your Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical global marketing, consultancy, or project management.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and generating customer insights.
• Hands-on experience working with quantitative data and analytics tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.
• Experience developing and implementing brand strategies in a global context.
