The Marketing team at Yext is seeking an Associate Field Marketing Manager, to support its marketing efforts in Northern Europe. In this role, you will implement high-touch marketing plans that fuel awareness and drive customer and prospect engagement with target audiences. Aligning to the corporate campaign framework, you will partner closely with the revenue team, global marketing peers, and additional key collaborators to land and expand programs that support quarterly sales and growth targets for Northern Europe.

This role requires a highly motivated teammate and creative problem solver with experience across a range of marketing fields and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence programs and stakeholders across a highly-matrixed organization is a requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Work within the field marketing team to support the execution and optimisation of the regional marketing plan to achieve pipeline targets.
  • Plan, produce, and implement field marketing tactics and programs such as events, campaign extensions, ABM webinars, and marketing support for sales plays in alignment with and using global marketing initiatives and assets
  • Execute and manage regional events and partner with corporate events to deliver best-in-class field event programs, including running owned and sponsored events (in-person and virtual), and supporting internal events (revenue kick-off, customer advisory board, etc) where needed
  • Work with the localisation team to plan and implement content localization strategy and review localized content and provide feedback to ensure high-quality localized content
  • Work closely with the Field Marketing, BDR, Sales, and Go To Market teams to ensure timely lead flow and follow-up during inbound and outbound activation
  • Be the marketing ‘voice of the region’, creating a feedback loop with global stakeholders on regional nuances, needs, and unique marketing opportunities for the region.
  • Support and influence region-relevant content and media that engages and attracts new customers (customer stories, blog posts, white papers, press interviews, bylined articles, speaking opportunities, etc)
  • Contribute to metrics and reporting for all regional campaigns including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics.
  • Establish repeatable templates, processes, and standard methodologies for field programs

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in role or domain (regional marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing)
  • 2+ years experience working in high tech, B2B Saas software or technology companies
  • Experience building and managing B2B multi-channel marketing programs – including ABM, content, PR, product marketing, events, paid media, creative and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated success supporting the development and tactical execution of plans for major field marketing, demand generation, and executive programs
  • Analytical approach with ability to use data to make decisions, continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
  • Ability to travel for events and campaigns as needed
  • A self-starter with a positive mentality, eager to roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Exceptional prioritization, communication, and project management skills
