Overview:The Associate Account Executive, Inside Sales (AAEI) drives new business through cold calling anddeveloping accounts using company-provided and self-generated leads. In addition to acquisition, theAAEI supports account coverage and retention by temporarily managing Books of Business (BoBs)during vacancies, re-engaging declining accounts, and executing Salesforce (SFDC) tasks. Successrequires identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions—all whilemaintaining business continuity and supporting overall sales efficiency. Collaboration with Marketing,Sales, and Operations is essential, as are strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills toexceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities:

• Cultivates and strengthens relationships with existing accounts, making effective recommendations on

product offerings, and ensuring client needs are met.

• Collaborates with marketing and business development teams to drive lead generation and maximize

conversion.

• Conducts cold calls and follow-up calls on leads and self-sourced prospects to generate new business

opportunities.

• Temporarily owns and manages existing Books of Business (BoBs) during periods of AE vacancy or

transition, ensuring continuity of service and engagement.

• Mines won existing parent accounts for service expansion opportunities.

• Increases product and unit sales outside of initial scope.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper

servicing.

• Leverages company offerings, providing solutions to a wide range of issues and tailoring service to client

needs.

• Delivers sales presentations to present product information, features, and benefits to potential clients.
• Meets or exceeds established sales quotas. Leads the sales process from initial contact through proposal,

negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of the full range of solution offerings and leverages this knowledge to present

service solutions to new or existing clients.

• Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

• Stays informed about industry trends and developments.

• Allocates resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Prepares reports on account statuses and sales progress. Proactively engages with declining or at-risk

accounts to assess needs, re-establish value, and support retention and recovery.

• Executes open SFDC tasks and supports sales operations workflows to maintain pipeline integrity and

ensure timely follow-up.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
