• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service
• Lead by example in customer interactions and promote a service-first culture
• Monitor store KPIs, analyze trends, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets
• Coordinate staff schedules, approve leave, and ensure shift coverage
• Handle team feedback, resolve issues, and guide performance improvement
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure optimal stock levels
• Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
• Oversee security practices related to cash handling and inventory protection
• Align store layout and promotions with brand marketing strategies
• Manage team grooming standards and uphold store presentation policies

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within retail
• Excellent customer service and team management skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail sales metrics
• Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, retail, or a related field preferred
