We are seeking an experienced Assistant Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across rooms, events, and leisure segments. This role blends strategy, data analysis, and market insight to optimize pricing, distribution, and profitability. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and external partners to ensure the hotel remains competitive and maximizes all revenue opportunities.Job Details

  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to implement effective revenue strategies.
  • Partner with the Revenue Manager to optimize market mix and distribution channels, including direct booking platforms, OTAs, GDS, and CRO.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting using tools like IDeaS, STR Global, and Opera Cloud.
  • Monitor and maintain rate parity, ensuring accurate pricing across all booking channels.
  • Support pricing and rate recommendations for large group bookings.
  • Train and assist hotel teams in revenue systems and tools to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Provide timely performance forecasts to guide operational and sales planning.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in revenue management within hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies.
  • Skilled in market analysis, forecasting, and revenue optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in Opera Cloud (or similar PMS), IDeaS, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
