Exemption Status: Non-ExemptJob Summary:The Assistant Master Model Builder (AMMB) is a guest facing role that is crucial to the LEGO experience by
proactively inspiring and teaching guests to create interesting and imaginative builds. The AMMB consistently
Champions guest engagement and a shared build experience, giving the guests the opportunity to interact directly
with a Model Builder. The AMMB will work with the Master Model Builder (MMB) to offer workshops involving
different levels of challenge/complexity to broaden the appeal and inspire the builders of today (and tomorrow!).Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Must be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, have a creative flair
and the ability to create and maintain exciting LEGO Models and be able to adapt their approach to suit the model
brief and audience.
Licenses and Certifications
Ability to obtain related licensures or certification as may be required to perform the essential function of the
position or as required by law.Travel Requirements:

• May occasionally require local travel.

Working Conditions:

• Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
